How to get Pregnant with Sperm Donor at home

Even though fertility treatments are very effective, there are some downsides to them. For example, they are fairly expensive and it can be difficult for many couples to afford them.

However, the cost of purchasing donor sperm can be much more affordable. Once this sperm has been purchased, couples can use at home insemination in an attempt to become pregnant.

To do this, it is first important to determine when the woman is ovulating. She can track this using a basal thermometer or an ovulation predictor kit. To complete the procedure at home, you will need a thin catheter that has been sterilized.

This should be used if you are inserting the sperm directly into the uterus. If you are choosing a different type of process, you may just need a syringe to insert the sperm instead.

In order to improve your chances of being successful with this method, it is a good idea to make sure that you are healthy before you begin trying to conceive. Doing so can help make sure that your body is producing healthy eggs that will have a good chance of becoming fertilized when the sperm is inserted. Also, make sure that you are taking prenatal vitamins on a daily basis as well.
