How does a Woman know if she can’t get Pregnant

Many women suffer from infertility. In fact, one in ten couples will experience some degree of infertility in their lives. It can be hard for a woman to know if she is suffering from some fertility problem, or if she simply has not tried long enough to get pregnant.

Experts recommend that women under age 35 try for at least one full year to get pregnant before seeking fertility help. Since women over 35 are more likely to experience fertility problems, they should only wait six months to try to conceive before seeing a fertility specialist. Some women just take longer than others to get pregnant, and may think that they are infertile when they are in fact not at all.

Knowing when and if a woman is ovulating is one of the biggest factors in getting pregnant, so all women should track their ovulation to find out when their fertile days are, or if they are ovulating at all.
You can buy an inexpensive over the counter ovulation predictor kit to determine when you are ovulating, and there are other ways to find out if you are ovulating as well. There are many tests that can be done to determine whether or not a woman can get pregnant.
Even if a woman has fertility problem, there are many things that can be done to help her get pregnant, and there are a lot of assisted reproductive techniques out there that can help women overcome their fertility difficulties.
